On September 18, “China-Russia Biomedicine 1V1 Matchmaking Session” was successfully held at Zhongguancun Conference Center in Beijing, as the side event under the framework of 2020 International Technology Trade Fair on ZGC Forum. Meanwhile, on September 8, China-Russia Biomedicine Online Roadshow drew to a successful end with concrete results.
Hosted by Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, the side events, both the roadshow and the 1V1 match-making, were co-organized by Beijing International Exchange Association, China Technology Exchange and Moscow State University Science Park.
The series events, serving as key country technology exchange feasts under the framework of "2020 International Technology Trade Fair on ZGC Forum", are also within the "2nd China-Russia Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition". After the project collection, preliminary selection and expert evaluation, 6 projects stood out to be chosen for this online roadshow, with fields covering molecular detection, ECMO, AI analysis, smart devices, etc. In the end, the online roadshow and 1v1 Match-making Session achieved fruitful results with a big success.
During the online roadshow, Mr. Yanqi Zhang, president of Beijing International Exchange Association, urged bilateral cooperation and efforts to the global fight against this dilemma facing the community of shared future. Oleg Movsesyan, president of Eurasia Division of International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, and CEO of Lomonosov Moscow State University Science Park, praised the successful convention of the 1st and 2nd China-Russia Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and expressed future outlook for enhanced partnership between MSU Science Park and BIEA. Shugui Guo, CEO of China Technology Exchange, believed that more scientific and technological innovation resources on both sides should be explored and linked in the near future.
The online roadshow has promoted two MOU signing. Beijing Mediclouds Technology will forge deeper partnership with MedickBK for Clinical Decision Support Service in technical cooperation and export of services; Beijing Tianxingjian Medical and Technology Co., Ltd has signed a MOU with Engineering Physics Center of MSU for the project called Cardiac Diagnostic System with the Ability to Analyze the Atria and Ventricles Biomechanics. Both sides are expected to build stronger partnership in production and sales of Russian products in Chinese markets, mutual promotion, brand marketing, etc.
After the online roadshow, Beijing International Exchange Association has conducted the follow-up researches on the cooperation demands from Chinese’s enterprises and made careful arrangement and detailed rehearsals, ensuring the successful convene of the 1V1 Matchmaking Session on September 18.
Having attracted a large number of representatives from biomedicine companies, the 1V1 match-making session has achieved nearly 50 rounds of effective match-makings and negotiations. During the event, Beijing Ruier Visual Technology Co., Ltd made a detailed discussion on technical cooperation, sales & marketing with the project representatives of the “Cardiac Diagnostic System with the Ability to Analyze the Atria and Ventricles Biomechanics”. Beijing Gongxinyantuo Technological Transfer Co., Ltd, planning to foster partnership with Third Opinion company on the project called “AI analysis of blood and bone marrow cells”, has showed strong incentives to act as an agent for product promotion in the Chinese market. Beijing Mediclouds Technology Co., Ltd expected deeper and more solid cooperation with MedicBK on the Clinical Decision Support Service based on the existing MoU signed on both sides.
Looking forward, Beijing International Exchange Association will forge deeper cooperation with partners in different walks of life and link more scientific and technologically innovative resources between China and Russia. By concerted efforts, we believe that deeper cooperation potentials and highlights will be found, greater exchanges and synergy in technical fields will be achieved, lifting China-Russia scientific and technological cooperation to a higher level.
